1. Ownership

All music, sound recordings, compositions, and related materials ("Content") are owned by Mejiah and are

protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Downloading the Content does not transfer ownership or copyright.

2. License Grant

Mejiah grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the

Content for non-commercial purposes only, unless commercial rights are separately purchased.

3. Permitted Non-Commercial Use

You may use the Content for: - Personal listening - Personal or hobby projects - Non-monetized videos or

social media posts - Educational or academic use - Non-commercial presentations or showcases

Attribution is required.

4. Prohibited Uses (Without Purchasing Rights)

Unless you have obtained a separate written commercial license from Mejiah, you may not:

Use the Content for any commercial purpose

Monetize the Content in any way (ads, subscriptions, sponsorships, paid platforms, etc.)

Use the Content in client work, paid projects, or products for sale

Sell, license, sublicense, redistribute, or reupload the Content

Use the Content in advertising, marketing, or promotions

Claim the Content as your own

Register the Content with any content-identification or rights-management system (e.g., Content ID)

5. Commercial Licensing

Commercial use requires a separate, paid license and is not permitted by default.

6. No Warranties

The Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must

immediately stop using and delete all copies of the Content.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [USA].
