Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day refund period for all digital art purchases made on Mejiah. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction date.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days from the date of the refund request.

Artwork Usage:

Purchasing a digital print from Mejiah grants you the right to use the artwork for personal purposes only.
The buyer is strictly prohibited from any form of resale, distribution, or reproduction of the digital artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Mejiah.
Unauthorized resale or distribution of purchased digital works is subject to legal prosecution.

All digital prints available on Mejiah are the intellectual property of Mejiah.
Purchasing a digital print does not transfer the copyright or ownership rights to the buyer.
The buyer is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only.

Liability:

Mejiah is not liable for any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or other infringements of the digital prints purchased from the shop.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for the use of digital prints in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

Modification of Terms:

Mejiah reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Mejiah website.

By making a purchase on Mejiah, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
