Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a flexible and structured approach to scheduling your voice lessons. Please review the following guidelines for scheduling your sessions: Lesson Duration: Voice lessons are offered in two time intervals: 30 minutes and 60 minutes. Students may choose the duration that best fits their needs. Scheduling Lessons: To schedule a lesson, please submit desired time and we will confirm within 24hours. We recommend scheduling lessons at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Availability: Lessons are available anytime between 10am-7pm Monday-Friday. Frequency of Lessons: We encourage students to commit to a regular lesson schedule for optimal progress. Recommended frequency is once a week, but we are happy to accommodate more flexible schedules as needed. Confirmation: All scheduled lessons will be confirmed via [email/text/phone call]. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us to ensure your lesson is booked. Cancellation Policy for Voice Lessons We strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. To ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will incur a fee equal to 50% of the lesson rate. This fee will be charged to your account or deducted from your prepaid lesson package. Make-Up Lessons: Students are allowed one make-up lesson per month for cancellations made with proper notice. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the original lesson date and are subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Students who do not show up for their scheduled lesson without prior notification will forfeit the lesson and will be charged the full lesson rate. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. Notification Method: Please notify us of cancellations or rescheduling via email at michael@mejiah.com, and we will confirm the change.
